Lizzy's First Easter Egg Hunt

We had Easter with my family yesterday since they will be in Utah on Easter. We had a yummy dinner, but I think the best part was the chocolate cake with fresh strawberries and homeade frosting, YUM! Hill, you just might have a future on Ultimate Cake Off!!!!
Lizzy had her first Easter egg hunt with maja and faja. She did it like a pro! She also got an easter basket with a chocolate bunny and sidewalk chalk, we'll have to get out and put it to use since it's suppossed to be almost 80 degrees tomorrow! Although I think her favorite part may have been the plastic grass. :0)

We had a great day, topping it all off with a Duke win and my bracket climbing the charts! :)

Madness Again!

Lizzy got sick again, I swear she just got over her last cold! So we decided to just go to Sacrament meeting today since she couldn't go to nursery. It turned out to be just a low key day, baking cookies, painting nails, and of course Lots of BRACKETOLOGY! I'm pretty sure when all was said and done we had watched like four hours of conference championships and the selection show. Thats how much we like basketball in this house! Lizzy was getting bored, a 19 month old can only take so much basketball (though she has it in her blood). So we decided to paint her toes, she loved it :)

I tried to get a smile, but she was too busy checking out her toes! Well, it's off to start filling out my BRACKET!
