Well, last night is a night that I hope to soon forget! Elizabeth woke up at 2:00am and nursed like usual, then when we tried to put her back in bed she would just kick her legs and flop around, I got her back up and changed her diaper only to have her then be wide awake. We let her play for a while and then tried to nurse again, she didn't want any part of that, so we decided to take her for a drive, two hours later she went to sleep at 4am. It seems like she is going backwards she used to be such good sleeper and for the last month or so she has been waking up every three hours but usually will just nurse and go back to sleep. Not last night :0! When we took her for the drive I heard this song that put it all in perspective even at the wee hours of the morning! It made me stop and remember how precious this time is that she is little and before I know it she is going to sleep through the night among many other things! Enjoy the song :)

Let The Madness Begin
For all of you basketball fans out there, it might as well be Christmas morning . . . it's the NCAA Mens Basketball Tournament!!!! We may not be the Cameron Crazies, however we are the Riedman Rowdies! I was shocked to find out there are actually people out there who don't know what March Madness is. We have made a pool for our family, of course it's just a friendly competition to have some good old fashion fun . . . OR is there such a thing in our family?! :)

I'm Innocent
Elizabeth has become quite independent in sitting by herself and wanting to explore in whatever is near her, although she isn't quite crawling yet. I'm sure the day she does is in the not to distant future. A few days ago I set her down for I kidd you not like two minutes to finish getting the diaper bag ready before we headed out . . . and this is what I found!
Nursing pads dumped all over, with the cutest little face looking up at me, as if to say "I'm Innocent I Promise"! I know it's only the beginning and I already can't keep up with all of her messes. Oh the Joys! :)
A Taste of Spring
Last Week we had temperatures in the 70's almost everyday, needless to say we all got a small dose of spring fever! We broke out the shorts and sandals ad tried to spend as much time as possible outside. I found some much awaited jellies to put on Elizabeth, I was so excited to finally let her wear them . . . sadly they are almost too small. Guess we'll have to go find new ones!
